Background:
Son of half Romulan- half human mother and half Human- half Klingon father born at Star Base D in Neutral zone. Spent his childhood there, and when 18 years old, his parents died from warp engine explosion.

After his parents died, ILI Turian, decided to study warp engines and bulid a safer one; for this he traveled to the Jerusalem Engine Academy, Earth.

There he completed Master's degree in warp engines. But, he did't forget his true love for medicine. At the end of his studies, he was assigned to New-Orleans base in the neutral zone as enginer. There he worked and studied for medical doctorate.
