    WEST QUODDY STAINED GLASS
    LIGHTED REPLICA BY FORMA VITRUM

    This is one of the lighthouses in the Coastal Heritage collection by Bill Job. These stained glass lighthouses are so authentic that only Coastal Heritage is endorsed by the U.S. Lighthouse Society. No one has ever merged so many mediums together to create such an exact replica. This collection combines American made hand cut and soldered glass with blown slumped, and fused stained glass and spin cast metals. The towers of many of the lighthouses are blown cylinders of glass that give each piece authentic shape and dimension. Diamond drills are used to make the door and window openings while spin cast pewter attachments are incorporated to give these details the finished look. To further replicate the exact details of these lighthouses slumped glass creates the curved pieces in the houses and the use of fusing gives the base of each piece the true landscaped look of grass and rocks. The incorporation of fiber optics has developed to produce true beacon lighting from the illuminated tower. Each lighthouse comes with a form to fill out for you to send in for your hand numbered Certificate of Authenticity. A limited edition of 1,997 of West Quoddy were made. Less than 250 are still available, so this is a very limited item. Approximate size 1 1”H x W ” x D9”. Handcrafted in China. $130.00 Each
